Nevada: NAMIC-Opposed Low-Cost Auto Insurance Program Legislation Dies in Senate

The Nevada Legislature adjourned on June 6 and with it went the Low-Cost Auto Insurance Program legislation, AB 299, (NV AB 299 Amended) which died in the Senate after passing out of the Senate Commerce, Labor, and Energy Committee.
