Connecticut: Governor Picks Leonardi for Insurance Commissioner Post
Gov. Dannel P. Malloy announced last week the appointment of Thomas B. Leonardi, who heads an insurance venture capital firm, to serve as the new commissioner of the state Department of Insurance.
