Wisconsin: Senate Approves Tort Reform Bill
NAMIC’s state trade association advocacy partner, the Wisconsin Insurance Alliance, reports that Special Session Senate Bill 1, the civil justice reform piece of Republican Gov. Scott Walker’s job creation package, moved closer to passage when on Tuesday the Senate voted to approve the measure by a vote of 19-14.
