Reinsurance Modernization Adopted

As expected, but perhaps with some uncertainty over the last couple of weeks, the NAIC Plenary adopted revised reinsurance collateral requirements in the form of changes to the NAIC’s Credit for Reinsurance Model Law (Model #785) and Credit for Reinsurance Model Regulation (Model #786).
