Massachusetts: Governor Cites Managed Competition in State of the Commonwealth Speech
Gov. Deval Patrick noted the reduction of private passenger auto insurance rates in his recent “State of the Commonwealth” address and attributed it to the transition from state-set rating to the system of managed competition.
