New York Department to Hold Hearing June 28 on Rate and Form Filing Reform
As part of its initiative to streamline processes including the system for reviewing and approving rate and form filings, the New York Insurance Department will hold a hearing Monday at its New York City office to take input from insurers, agents, brokers, and other interested parties.
