Utah: House Committee Passes Legislation Clarifying Law on Uninsured/Underinsured Auto Coverage Limits Selection/Rejection Consumer Notification Process

HB 167, Motor Vehicle Insurance Modifications, passed out of the House Business and Labor Committee Feb. 24 on an 11-0 vote. The bill will now go to the House for a floor vote.
