Contact Oregon Legislators Asking Them Not to Include ‘Insurance’ Within Scope of Unlawful Trade Practices Act
OR HB 3615, the Unlawful Trade Practices bill, which would includes “insurance” within the purview of the UTPA, has been assigned to the House Consumer Protection and Government Accountability Committee.
