Nevada: Credit-Based Insurance Scoring Ban Bill Hearing Set for March 2
AB 162, a bill that would ban the use of credit-based insurance scoring in underwriting and ratemaking, is scheduled for a public hearing Wednesday, March 2 at 1:30 p.m. in the Assembly Committee of Commerce and Labor. NAMIC will be submitting written testimony in opposition to the legislation.
