Arizona: Third-Party Litigation Loan Interest Rate Bill Held in Committee, Dead for Session
The House Committee on Commerce held HB 2837, Consumer Lawsuit Loans, on Feb. 15 so that the bill would die at the procedural deadline date [Feb. 17] for passage out of the first committee assignment.
