U.S. Court of Appeals: D.C. Circuit Finds Adjusters Exemption From Overtime Pay

In the latest case addressing insurance adjuster status under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit held that GEICO’s auto damage adjusters are exempt employees for purposes of overtime pay.
