Connecticut: Committee Considers Department Funding, PAYD, ZIP Code Reporting Bills
The Insurance & Real Estate Committee last week heard testimony on bills to expand the method of assessing insurers to fund the operations of the insurance department to include nondomestic companies, authorize pay-as-you-drive programs, and require insurers to report homeowners and private passenger policies written by ZIP code.
