Colorado: Please Contact Senate Local Government, Energy Committee to Oppose Legislation Concerning Requirements for Homeowner’s Insurance Company to Take Adverse Action on Existing Insurance Coverage
The Colorado Senate Local Government and Energy Committee, the committee the bill sponsor chairs, will be holding a public hearing Feb. 17 on SB 15, a bill that would restrict homeowner’s insurance carriers’ underwriting freedoms and their ability to provide consumers with rates that accurately reflect the consumer’s risk of loss exposure.
