South Carolina: Credit Ban, Other Bills of Concern in Subcommittee This Week
A South Carolina Senate Banking and Insurance subcommittee meets tomorrow at 9 a.m. to discuss and vote on SB 85, legislation to ban the use of credit information for insurance underwriting and rating as well as for other purposes.
