Nebraska: Department of Insurance Publishes Notice on Personal Property Coverage Issues Raised by Flooding
NAMIC’s state trade advocacy partner the Nebraska Insurance Information Service reports that the state’s Department of Insurance issued a notice titled “Temporary Property Coverage Requirements” to provide guidance to insurers on their response to the current flooding.
