Arkansas: Public Adjuster Bill Fails to Move Out of Senate; May Have One Last Shot

SB 378, which would allow public adjusters to operate in the state, failed to get out of the Senate yesterday on a 15-10 vote. Sen. Joyce Elliott, the bill’s sponsor, could try again today, but that would be the last chance for this bill.
