New Jersey: NAMIC Offers Regulatory Remedial Recommendations to Red Tape Review Panel

NAMIC and other trade groups representing New Jersey property/casualty insurers submitted a list of suggestions last week for regulatory changes aimed at eliminating excessive and unnecessary burdens to the Red Tape Review Group.
