Colorado: Anti-Business, Anti-Judicial Fairness Amendment to Colorado Consumer Protection Act Introduced
SB 68, Concerning an Increase in Consumer Protection Under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, has been introduced by trial lawyer Sen. Morgan Carroll and sent for review to the Senate Judiciary, the committee she chairs. A public hearing has yet to be scheduled.
