Colorado: Trial-Bar-Sponsored Legislation Designed to Chip Away at Current Non-Economic Damages Cap Law is Introduced
SB 107, which creates an exception to the state’s non-economic damages cap of $250,000, was introduced last week and sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee for review. To date, no public hearing has been scheduled.
