Arbitration Committee

The NAMIC Arbitration Committee is composed of company claim or subrogation managers, supervisors, or attorneys with at least five years of experience. Its written decisions contain a complete breakdown of each case, including a discussion of the reasoning behind the ruling. All cases are heard by at least three members of the Committee. These detailed decisions give both claim handlers and recovery staff the opportunity to improve future case submissions and thus increase the possibility of a favorable outcome.
