CFPB Posts Consumer Complaints Online, Property/Casualty Companies Not Included
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau launched a public database last week, containing the names of credit card companies about which consumers have filed complaints. Now, the CFPB is seeking permission to post on the site every complaint that it has received about any company under its purview.
