South Dakota: Division of Insurance Publishes Bulletin, Order to Govern Personal Property Coverage, Form Filing Issues Raised by Flooding
NAMIC’s state trade advocacy partners the South Dakota Insurance Alliance and the South Dakota Association of Mutual Insurance Companies report that the state’s Division of Insurance issued Bulletin 11-04 and Order titled “Temporary Property Coverage Requirements” to provide guidance to insurers on their response to the current flooding.
