Nevada: Credit-Based Insurance Scoring Ban Bill Dies in First Legislative Chamber

AB 162, a bill that would have banned the use of credit-based insurance scoring in underwriting and ratemaking, died yesterday as a result of a procedural deadline because it did not pass out of the legislative chamber of origin before the April 26 deadline.
