Contact Rhode Island House Members to Oppose Auto Appraisal Bill
The Rhode Island Senate this week approved adverse legislation, S-2508aa, that would increase costs and threaten the viability of direct repair programs by requiring auto insurers to have an independent appraisal conducted for all collision repairs that have initial estimates exceeding a certain amount.
