Market Regulation Survey Results to Be Released for Comment

The Market Regulation and Consumer Affairs (D) Committee has received the results of its survey of state insurance departments regarding their market regulation practices, Committee Chair Sharon Clark of Kentucky reported at the panel’s March 5 meeting.
