South Carolina: Proposal to Reverse Recent Ruling on CGL Claims May Be Introduced
NAMIC has joined with the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America and American Insurance Association to alert South Carolina legislators to a proposal that would extend coverage under a commercial general liability policy to defective construction claims not otherwise intended to be covered.
