Georgia Insolvency Pool Bill Likely to Pass; Letters to Governor Requesting Veto Needed Now

HB 1364, Georgia Insolvency Pool legislation, last week was amended in the Senate and sent back to the House for an “agree” or “disagree” vote. NAMIC members doing business in Georgia were alerted to this development and asked to urge House members to vote to “disagree,” which would send the bill to a conference committee.
