Workers’ Compensation Session Addresses California Problems
The NAIC and the Center for Insurance Policy and Research jointly held a special half-day session March 26 on workers’ compensation. The intent of the special session was to focus on the proposed recommendations contained in the Rand Corporation’s December market report on the volatile California workers’ compensation market.
