Colorado: Insurance Guaranty Fund Modernization Bill Off to Governor’s Office for Signature

HB 1041 as amended passed out of the Senate Feb. 28 on a 35-0 vote and was sent to Gov. John Hickenlooper to be signed into law. The bill previously passed out of the Assembly on a 63-0 vote on the last day of January.
