Market Conduct Annual Statement
The Market Analysis Procedures (D) Working Group met on Sunday morning to discuss possible changes to both the Market Conduct Annual Statement data elements and to the lines of business covered by MCAS. The chair of the working group, Lynette Baker of Ohio, said that it was really doubtful that data element changes could be initiated this year in view of the major changes made last year and the fact that any changes would have to be approved by the working group by June 1.
