New Jersey: NAMIC Participates in Reinsurance Collateral Regulation Review Meeting
NAMIC participated in a meeting hosted by the Department of Banking and Insurance last week to review a draft credit for reinsurance regulation to implement legislation allowing alien and unauthorized reinsurers to post less than full collateral.
