Minnesota: NAMIC Testifies in Favor of No-Fault Reform; Bills Advance From Committee

Mark Johnston, NAMIC’s state affairs manager for the Midwest, testified last week before the Minnesota Senate Commerce and Consumer Protection Committee in favor of SF 389, which introduces treatment standards for the reimbursement of soft tissue injury under the insured’s PIP.
