New Jersey: NAMIC Submits Letter Urging Repeal of Auto Territory Plan Regulations

NAMIC recently submitted a letter to the New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance urging the department to follow through on its planned repeal of regulations creating the Territorial Rating Equalization Exchange.
