Nevada: NAMIC Submits Written Testimony Opposing Bill Expanding Study Authority of DMV Advisory Board

NAMIC submitted written testimony May 2 opposing SB 238, DMV Advisory Board, at the Assembly Transportation Committee hearing because the proposed bill would expand the study and investigation authority and recommendation powers of the DMV Advisory Board to address auto insurer practices.
