Montana: Governor Signs Auto Body Repair Bill

Gov. Brian Schweitzer last week signed HB 265, Prohibiting Insurers From Disregarding Cost Item Identified By Estimating System, an auto body repair bill. NAMIC sent a letter to the governor requesting that he veto the bill.
