South Dakota: Division of Insurance Posts Flood Disaster, Insurance Q&A to Website
In response to flooding in the state, the South Dakota Division of Insurance posted a Q&A document to provide basic information for consumers on what is and is not covered when there are losses caused by flooding. In the Q&A, the division credits the North Dakota Department of Insurance for assistance with the document.
