South Carolina: NAMIC Continues Fight Against Construction Defects Bill
Liz Reynolds NAMIC Southeast state affairs manager, along with representatives from the other national trades and companies, visited with Insurance Director David Black and Department of Insurance Legislative Liaison Kendall Buchanan last Tuesday to discuss the industry’s concerns about SB 431, which would extend coverage under a commercial general liability policy to defective construction claims not otherwise intended to be covered.
