Senate Finally Reaches Deal to Proceed to Postal Reform Bill
The Senate has agreed to a deal to take up a postal overhaul bill on April 24 after months of negotiations and weeks of false starts. The deal came after a long week of discussions over the types of amendments that would be allowed on the floor.
