ACT NOW: Kentucky Litigation Loan Bill Gathers Steam
HB 412 on non-recourse litigation loans that was introduced late last week passed out of committee quickly last night, and it may be up on the floor calendar as early as tomorrow. We need members’ help in derailing this damaging anti-consumer bill.
