South Carolina: Keep Up Legislative Contact to Oppose Crossmann Ruling Reversal
NAMIC and the other national trades continue to work together and with members to keep up the pressure on South Carolina legislators to oppose several bills that would reverse or mitigate the recent state Supreme Court decision in Crossmann v. Harleysville. To date, SB 431 is the only bill that has been scheduled for a hearing, which will occur tomorrow.
