Illinois: State Senate Creates Special Workers’ Compensation Reform Committee With Quick Deadline for Recommendations
NAMIC’s state trade association advocacy partner, the Illinois Insurance Association, reports that the Illinois Senate leadership announced (News Release.pdf) the creation of the Workers Compensation Reform Committee, a special legislative committee composed of an equal number of Senate Democrats and Republicans to develop reforms for the state’s workers compensation system.
