Feedback From NAMIC Members Writing Workers Comp in Georgia Needed ASAP

You are likely aware of the problems resulting from the Southeastern US (SEUS) workers compensation captive failure in Georgia. You may also recall that several years ago when legislation was passed to allow captives access to the Georgia Insurers Insolvency Pool any losses occurring prior to the effective date of the legislation would not be covered by the pool in the event of the captive insurer’s insolvency.
