Anti-Incumbency Surge Puts Key Senators at Risk in Today’s Primaries

In the past weeks, we’ve started to see the end results of the anti-incumbent trend that has voters ready to toss out anyone they can from Congress – on both sides of the aisle – and start over. In West Virginia, Rep. Alan Mollahan lost the Democratic primary and in Utah, Republican Sen. Bob Bennett will not be the party’s nominee for his seat in November.
