Maine: Committee to Consider Bill to Require Insurers to Disclose Credit Impact

Maine’s Joint Committee on Insurance and Financial Services will consider legislation on March 1 that would require insurers to disclose to consumers the impact that use of a credit score has on consumers’ rates and coverage.
