Kansas: NAMIC Sounds Off in Favor of Bills to Ban Accident Response Fees, Protect Confidentiality of Filings
NAMIC submitted letters earlier this week to the Kansas House of Representative committees hearing testimony on HB 2119, to prohibit local governments from imposing accident response fees, and on HB 2074 that restores protections for trade secrets included in regulatory filings.
