Kansas: Pro-Active Agenda Moves Forward

The Kansas Legislature saw decisive action last week in favor of proactive reform. The House of Representatives voted 119-2 to approve HB 2119, which will prevent political subdivision from imposing accident response fees for routine cases. And in the Senate, SB 136 received 36 “yes” votes to only three against. That bill protects responsible drivers who follow the law by maintaining insurance coverage
