Rhode Island: NAMIC Opposes Bill Creating Private Right of Action for Auto Repair Complaints
NAMIC joined a chorus of industry opposition last week to a bill that among other things would create a private right of action against insurers for violations of various statutory provisions relating to auto body repair processes.
