Oregon: Legislation Introduced to Increase Cap on Non-Economic Damages
In the first week of the Oregon Legislature, a pro-trial-bar bill was introduced to increase the non-economic damages cap from $500,000 to $550,000. The bill has been assigned to the House Judiciary Committee for a public hearing.
