South Carolina: DOI Bulletin on ‘Paid-in-full’ Discounts Raises Concerns
The South Carolina Department of Insurance issued a bulletin 2011-02 June 14 to address “paid-in-full” policy discounts. At the request of some member companies, South Carolina Insurance News Service Executive Director Russ Dubisky spoke with several DOI staffers in order to clarify the purpose of the bulletin.
