Market Conduct Annual Statement Activity Resumes
The Market Analysis Procedures (D) Working Group met on Friday and spent considerable time discussing its activities with respect to the Market Conduct Annual Statement. During the past year, MCAS has been discussed and researched by the NAIC staff, the Market Analysis Procedures Working Group, and a special subgroup of regulators, consumer representatives, and industry representatives, named by 2009 (D) Committee chair Kim Holland, Oklahoma’s insurance commissioner.
